Parcrest Advisors was founded by James Lee, a career investment banker with deep relationships and an excellent track record of closing complex transactions. With nearly two decades of investment banking experience at some of the most prestigious firms on Wall Street, James brings significant mergers and acquisitions expertise, as well as experience in equity and debt financings.

 

Clients have included privately held businesses, private equity owned portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies and publicly traded companies across technology, consumer and automotive industries. In his career, James has successfully closed over 30 transactions, totaling approximately $20 billion in aggregate transaction value.

As a senior banker, James has developed a particularly strong track record in industries that require multi-disciplinary expertise across multiple verticals, such as the automotive aftermarket. After having successfully grown and built automotive aftermarket practices at two established investment banks, James has moved on to found a new M&A practice to better serve his clients in this highly specialized industry, as well as family/founder owned business outside of this particular industry. His vision to create a leading advisory firm that settles for nothing less than excellence in client service and transaction outcomes has come to fruition with the formation of Parcrest Advisors.

 

James graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Chemistry.
